I have an old 1TB Seagate Backup Plus Portable, Model #SRDOOF1, that works great. I had it on my old 2.0 PC. I bought the 'Slim Backup plus' 3 yrs ago ( model SRD00F1, Serial # NA77JMFD} I backed up my computer twice since then. I went to back up again 11/22/2015 but my computer failed to find the menu file for it, and my Slim was blinking rapidly, I couldn't get it to reinstall, I couldn't get it to function in any capacity.What's happening? I know it's not full, I don't do games, I'm 69 so it's email and pictures, and I don't have more than 150 pictures.
